There are just a few people at Poodle Rescue of Houston who have been approved by our director to give final approval to potential adopters.
However we always need volunteers to help show dogs to prospective adopters. This is a great way to get to know the dogs and you’ll meet wonderful people who, like you, share the rescue philosophy.

Weekends are our busiest days but adoptions occur virtually every day of the week. Although our hours of operation are 7 AM to 5 PM, most potential adopters look at the dogs between 10 AM and 3 PM.
